Our commitment to teaching clinical psychiatry at UCLA is deep and far-reaching. We mentor medical students, supervise resident outpatient treatment, provide experiential psychotherapeutic training, award annual prizes for scholarly papers, and bring world-class psychiatric lecturers to campus. We also refer our own patients to UCLA for collaborative inpatient and emergency care.

We are dedicated to passing on the wisdom of our teachers and our own clinical experience to the next generation of psychiatrists. Our goal is for them to become as skilled at listening, understanding and communicating with patients as they are at prescribing medications and utilizing new technologies. We have created this website to further that goal.
